Location London, Bristol or Glasgow / Hybrid This customer engagement agency is looking for a CRM Manager / Senior Account Manager to dedicate their time to its longest-standing client – one of the world’s energy big hitters.Starting as soon as possible, this is a 6-month contract where you will be employed by the agency but embedded into the client’s CRM team, so effectively you will be on secondment where you will gain invaluable client-side experience.To be considered, you need three years’ CRM experience gained within a CRM agency or on the client side.The roles are hybrid, and you can be located in London, Glasgow or Bristol to qualify. Meeting attendance in these locations can be expensed.The agencyTwenty-strong and 10 years young, this customer engagement agency has recently been acquired by a highly regarded collective of UK creative agencies.The agency has just onboarded a very senior Business Director who has worked at some stellar agencies including RAPP and VCCP.One of the agency’s USPs is the way it works with psychologists to understand not just what people do but why they do it.The CRM Manager / Senior Account Manager roleYou will work on a client that has a very solid 10-year relationship with the agency.You will be responsible for the development and execution of CRM campaigns, specifically email and direct mail, around the topic of zero carbon living.The ideal candidate is a real team player with a can-do attitude who thrives on a challenge and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.The essentialsAt least three years’ CRM experience from either the agency or client side – ideally within Utilities or transferable skills from a similar regulated environmentProven experience in CRM and development of marketing plansExperience in execution of email and direct mail campaignsProficient in forecasting of campaigns and developing business cases for proposed strategiesAbility to develop data-driven customer contact strategiesWork from home policyThis is a unique hybrid role, working from home for the majority of the time, but requiring 1-2 days of face-to-face meetings every three weeks, either in London, Bristol or Glasgow, with the client’s CRM team.The agency is happy to consider candidates in either London, Bristol or Glasgow on the basis that you are happy to travel for meetings (all expenses paid!).The good bitsThe salary is to £50k pro rata with great benefits and generous annual leave.Agency Senior Account Managers / Junior Account Directors or CRM Managers on the client side, please send us your CV for more details on this great opportunity.To be considered for this role, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.Whilst every effort is made to contact all candidates, due to a high number of applications we are unable to give individual feedback to those who are unsuccessful.
