Job DescriptionCRM LOYALTY MANAGERSALARY UP TO £45,000HYBRIDLONDON - 2/3 DAYS IN THE OFFICETHE COMPANYThis company are the pioneers and leaders of premium all-inclusive holidays for families and active couples, they've been around for more than 60 years and now offer 70+ ski and sun resorts across the globe.THE ROLEAs a CRM Loyalty Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Supporting in improving loyalty status and improving communications with customers Campaign planning, building a CRM strategy, PDM strategy, data base optimisation, monitoring the automated emails and growing the databaseManagement of 1 direct report who builds emails (this role will give management training too)Multichannel marketing - email and website mainly Use GA4/Google Analytics for tracking and optimisation YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEHTML coding experience is needed (use of pre-existing templates)3 years plus experience in CRM minimumKnowledge of monitoring campaign performance and analysing performance for optimisation purposes Experience working with a range of CRM tools and systems Growth mindsetExcel experienceBENEFITSSalary is up to £45,000After a year of service, you are eligible for a 3 week paid holiday at one their resortsFlexible working 25 days holiday How to applyExpress your interest by sending your cv to Valentine via the apply link attached to this page
