One of the UK’s leading corporate hosted events businesses, specialising in curated conference-led networking events is looking to hire a talented CRM and Email Lead to join their business.



Role Overview



If you are an ambitious marketer with a passion for optimising CRMs and creating impactful campaigns, our client invites you to join them in shaping transformative events that drive positive change.



As CRM Lead you’ll champion the benefits of HubSpot across the business, creating and implementing its optimisation strategy. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HubSpot!



This brand-new, growth role is based within their marketing team, you’ll take ownership of their email campaigns aimed at acquiring, nurturing, and retaining key sponsors. Managing the entire campaign process, from conception to implementation, tracking, measurement, and supporting our overall targets and wider marketing strategy.



What to expect in your day to day




  • Management and administration of the CRM (HubSpot) – Adding and training new users and teams across the business.

  • Research and implementation of new tools for continuous improvement of their CRM – Be creative!  See an opportunity? Seize it!

  • Lead on automation and workflow processes – Working closely with each team to understand their processes and make their day by reducing admin so they can focus on delivering world class events.

  • Uploading data across all their events which initiates the workflow processes – Helping in the efforts of launching the campaign to the wider business.

  • Lead B2B integrated email marketing campaigns – Supporting our sales team in providing engaging campaigns across multiple event portfolios.

  • Line Management responsibility of our Data Analyst – Who is responsible for data management and cleansing across the CRM.



Profile of Candidate Required:




  • Proven experience 3 years + in CRM

  • Experienced user of Hubspot

  • Experience creating and implementing optimisation strategy

  • Email campaign management experience

  • Excellent communication skills
