CRM Executive

This CRM Executive role sits within a leading international law firm and play a key role in supporting all users of the CRM system, InterAction. You will be the trusted advisor for CRM systems queries and manager the support inbox.
Within this CRM Executive opportunity, you handle the date aspects of campaigns, play a vital role in upgrades, improvements and integration of key systems organize and lead workshops to quickly identify challenges and run training sessions across different teams and roles. You will work with Business Development stakeholders within this CRM Executive opporutnity, to ensure user adoption of the CRM system as well as assist with research required for business development initiatives.
The successful candidate for this role will have experience with CRM systems, preferably InterAction, in addition to excellent attention to detail with a passion for data, from a professional services environment.
