Are you an experienced, skilled CRM Developer, with particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM? We are exclusively partnered with a forward-thinking industry disrupter, dedicated to delivering fantastic customer service.
As the CRM Developer you will be responsible for designing, delivering, developing and maintaining their CRM systems. You will closely work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure their CRM solutions align with the business objectives.
You will have proven, extensive experience within CRM development, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Development:
Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using industry-leading CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics), with support from the external partner.
Roadmap & Innovation:
Create the technical and functional pipeline for CRM improvements.
Customisation:
Customise CRM systems to meet specific business requirements, including creating custom modules, workflows, and reports.
Testing and QA : Implement testing methodologies to ensure that CRM customisations work as intended.
Integration:
Integrate CRM systems with other business applications and third-party tools to ensure data consistency and enhance functionality.
