About the roleWe’re proud of our Partner network and word of mouth referral model. We have over 60,000 UW Partners across the UK, who introduce customers to UW’s unique offering in return for an income. We want to engage and nurture the Partner population to ensure they have all the tools they need to suceed.We are looking for a CRM Operations Manager to join the Partner Marketing team to focus on marketing automation across multiple digital channels, utilising Braze CRM.You'll need to be comfortable and competent working with complex data sets and building campaigns across multiple channels with a bias for automation, testing and optimisation. We work in an Agile environment which means we work at pace and focus on delivery.
What you'll doYou'll support the Senior CRM Manager with designing and building or quality assuring automation programs and ad-hoc campaigns in Braze, across email, SMS, DM, Push, and in-app notifications.You will work closely with:Partner Marketing team to shape the campaigns and the comms agenda;Product teams to make sure the journey is effective and consistent across the end-to-end journeys;Data and Creative teams to help execute.You will be responsible for the execution of the comms agenda which could cover BAU work and/or new initiatives.You'll support the Senior CRM Manager in implementing a best-in-class CRM data and platform infrastructure.You’ll serve as a CRM Ops specialist in the Partner Marketing Team and you’ll be a mentor and CDP expert to the extended Partner Marketing team when it comes to tool democratisation.
About youExperience as a CRM Specialist in a fast-paced consumer business, ideally within the Utilities or Financial services spaceExpert knowledge of email and messaging best practice, set-up and deliverability requirementsGood understanding of data flows and data infrastructure, including the ability to work with data arrays/nested objects and json-formatted data.Experienced at using APIs/real-time events data to retrieve information and use in segmentation or personalisation.Very good knowledge of testing and quality assurance processes and technologies. Ideally you will have the ability to conduct full QA on email or similarIn depth understanding of data security and privacy requirements.Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical&non-technical colleagues, identifying and communicating solutions in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.A solution-finder with the ability to identify solutions, logically explain the benefits of each and make reasoned recommendations.Agile mindset, ideally with experience of working in an agile development environment
