CRM ANALYST
SOUTH BIRMINGHAM (hybrid)
£30,000 - £38,000 + benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Analytics team of this well-known retailer with a wide-reaching presence. Supporting customers across the UK both in-store and online, this is an excellent opportunity to oversee the full campaign management process of this CRM analytics function.

This client is a huge, household name retailer, operating as the leader in their market sector and a go-to for customer needs. With a powerful loyalty scheme and different product offerings, the Analytics function supports various projects for the business.
THE ROLE
As the CRM Analyst, on the day-to-day, you will be:
deep-dive analysis into data to segment the database for better understanding of the customer database
email marketing campaigns to assess performance – looking at open and click rates, to measure success and attribute sales to email campaigns
testing campaigns to assess performance and share insights on test results
the customer database to analyse customer behaviour and create actionable insights to feed into CRM reporting and one-off projects
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
skills in SQL for data analysis, manipulation and coding, and data visualisation for reporting and sharing insights
testing experience for measuring success
CRM analytics or campaign analytics experience for understanding the customer base, analysing campaign performance and omnichannel marketing effectiveness
communication and strong stakeholder management skills for sharing insights
analysis on the customer journey from acquisition through to retention
