Critical Facilities Maintenance Day Engineer Mechanical/HVAC

As the Critical Facilities Maintenance Day Engineer Mechanical/HVAC , you will plan, manage and implement the delivery of Facilities Maintenance services to our Data Centers ensuring operational performance is always maintained to the highest possible standards. Provide engineering services and guidance in general on property matters affecting the on-going management and development of the Data Centers.
Your Responsibilities
Providing a customer focused service and a high standard of planned preventative and reactive maintenance
Proactively involved in the on-going technical evaluation of all plant and equipment, suggestion of improvements where appropriate
Accurately recording and reporting of maintenance activity to ensure Key Source System is correctly updated
Carrying out operational and maintenance activities as directed, ensuring work is executed in a safe and suitable manner
Working as directed to ensure timely completion of PPMs and reactive work to SLAs
Identifying faults and accurately diagnosing root causes
