This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Critical Care Nurse to join their friendly and caring Critical Care Team. The hospital offers a range of specialist treatments including paediatric care and critical care.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Critical Care Nurse within the critical care team and will be responsible for the following;
- Delivering excellent patient care to post-surgical patients in a critical care environment
- Assess and plan patient care for a complex and changing caseload
- Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others
- Promote best practice
- Promote equality, diversity and rights
- Contribute to quality improvement
Who we're looking for
- Be NMC registered RGN - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 2 years recent UK experience in a critical care setting
- Cardiac experience essential
- CCU course essential
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
