About the Role:Due to the high performance and growth of our Criminal Justice Team we are looking for a Criminal Justice Strategic Lead to lead on specific targeted pieces of work from conception to implementation and delivery in the Criminal Justice part of the Together Drug and Alcohol Service in Devon. This is a Devon wide role and involves managing the performance of a number of workstreams and direct line management of Team Leaders. The individual will be part of the Senior Management Team in Devon and report to the Area Manager. Please note that part of the responsibilities within this role will involve on call cover every other weekend.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Probation, Prisons, and Police to ensure effective communication and partnership.Provide strong leadership by overseeing and managing the criminal justice team.Support the development and implementation of continuity of care strategies for individuals in the criminal justice system.Establish and nurture pathways with the probation service to enhance the overall support network.Work towards the continual development and improvement of our Criminal Justice services.To view the full job description and person specification for this role, please click here.
