Job DescriptionTo collaborate with supervisors and risk specialists, shaping and delivering a program to monitor, assess, and mitigate credit risk. This involves supporting supervisors on specific issues and leading cross-firm topics, offering a unique insight into cross-sectoral issues and trends. We seek individuals with credit expertise to strategically contribute to supervising credit risk with life insurance portfolios, regardless of their background in banking, rating agencies, asset management, analytics, or regulatory services.Utilize expertise to analyze and assess credit risk at portfolio and asset levels, forming judgments and presenting recommendations to senior management. Shape supervision tools for assessing firms' credit risk and ratings, provide strategic leadership for the credit risk program, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. The Successful Applicant * Extensive credit expertise gained in assessing credit exposures, asset portfolios, illiquid assets, credit ratings, or risk management.* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.* Self-starter capable of independently leading a program of work, collaborating effectively with specialists.* Proficient in handling multiple projects within tight timelines, suited for someone connecting diverse issues and integrating across workstreams.* Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, managing conflicting views, building consensus, and confidently making judgments on risk issues, including challenging senior external stakeholders when necessary.
