About the Role
Base Location: Reading
Salary: £26,609 – £30,472 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
What is the Role?
As part of our Risk Management Credit Insurance team, you will be instrumental in providing essential support to our business energy teams. Your role will focus on maintaining strong financial practices to safeguard our business operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
– Manage daily credit insurance applications and monitor high-risk customers.
– Implement credit vetting and collection strategies for business customers.
– Identify customers at risk of business failure and secure appropriate measures.
– Monitor consumption and payment performance of customers and report discrepancies.
– Responsible for maintaining stability and reducing financial risks in customer engagements.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
– Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving capabilities.
– Experience of analysing financial data and applying it to our credit policy yet have the autonomy to know when to think outside of the box.
– Comfortable negotiating with stakeholders, whilst also providing guidance and support.
– Strong organisational skills.
– Analytical thought process when checking data.
