Credit Decisions Analyst

Experience is preferred, but it is not essential as we will invest in your learning and development journey.Whilst we work in a very busy, occasionally demanding environment, we adopt a flexible hybrid working model where our Analysts work from the office a minimum of two days per week. In addition to this, we offer access to a huge range of benefits that you may not find in other Credit Decision Analyst roles.This is a great opportunity if you are solution-focussed, results driven and you thrive on delivering a responsive service.What does the day to day look like?Utilise credit data to assess risk and make informed underwriting decisions.Work within a closely monitored compliance framework.Review data and make decisions efficiently, delivering an outstanding customer journey.Remaining vigilant to indications of fraud or anti-money laundering activities.What shifts would I be working?This role will require you to work 35 hours per week.
