Credit Controller

Job Description
We are working with the UK’s only Supplier of 100% green gas and renewable electricity and they are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join the business. As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible contacting customers who have
outstanding debt on their account . You will investigate and fully understand individual customer accounts with the objective of
resolving issues that affect their bills, help them understand how to better manage their energy account,
alongside
arranging payment
of ongoing usage and existing debt. So, if you are an experienced Credit Controller with

Key responsibilities:
Calling both business and domestic customers to chase their debt
Forming payment arrangements for business and domestic customers
Communicating with customers and discussing their energy bills
Communicating and reporting to internal teams
Working with our debt collection agents and managing the allocation of debts to the agents.
Skills and experience required:
Credit Control experience is essential
Must have worked within an energy supplier or consultancy
Strong Maths and English Skills
Customer Service Skills
Very strong Excel skills
Ability to learn and adapt
Tenacity and drive, and ability to work independently.
Ability to work with and manage a team.
