The role of the Credit Controller
Managing the sales ledger for Caravan Owners and Market Stall holders
Following collection procedures set out in site terms and conditions
Setting up and processing applications with third party finance company for customers who use this facility to settle their balances
Utility meter readings
Invoicing owners utilities and dealing with consumption queries
Invoicing maintenance jobs and other sundry purchases
Issuing annual site fee renewal documents and taking payments
Processing mid-season adjustments for new owners and site leavers
The ideal candidate for the role of Credit Controller
Excellent communication skills
Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in a credit control or sales ledger role
Driving license preferred
