CREDIT CONTROLLER

My client, a fantastic, long-established successful business in North West London, is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join its friendly supportive team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a full time position with Monday to Friday spent in the office and as a Credit Controller you will receive a starting salary of up to £31,000.00 depending on experience. plus a generous benefits package.

THE ROLE

As a Credit Controller day to day you will be performing a number of functions such as:

* Contacting customers on email and telephone regarding outstanding debt

* Managing different Credit Control Ledgers

* Producing reports for senior colleagues

* Ensuring customer’s records are up to date at all times

* Liaising with other members of staff regarding account issues

* Ensuring debtors are kept to a minimum

YOUR EXPERIENCE

To be considered for the Credit Controller role you will need:

* Solid experience of Credit Control

* Good MS Excel skills

* A confident friendly professional manner with great communication skills

* Good relationship building skills

* Ability to pick up processes quickly
