Do you have experience in credit control? Are you looking for your next challenge where no two days are the same?
Here at XPO Transport Solutions UK we are looking for a Credit Controller to join our existing team on a full time, permanent basis. This is currently a hybrid role working from home 3 days per week and 2 days based in our office in Crick.
Were looking to offer a salary between £25k - £30k dependant on skills and experience plus a whole host of great benefits (see below).
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:
Proactively chase and manage your own allocated portfolio of customers that have not provided payment within agreed terms
Working to monthly targets and debtor days
Identify and alert the Credit Manager of any potential risks that may have a financial impact on the business
Develop a strong relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure that any invoice queries are resolved prior to the invoice due date
Obtaining customer remittances to ensure correct cash allocation
Generate relevant paperwork for any debts going legal
Working to targets and debtor days
Monitor and maintain credit risk reports
What you will need to succeed at XPO:
