Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading hospitality business, based in Chester, who are currently looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Credit Control Team Leader, you will be responsible for minimising aged debt.

Description
The Credit Controller will be responsible for:
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payments of debts.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and client issues.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Cash allocation
- Bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure credit procedures are followed.
- Ensure customer credit records are up to date.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve objectives.
- Contribute to the overall smooth running of the company's financial operations.
Profile
The successful Credit Controller should have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- A strong understanding of credit control procedures.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Good customer service and negotiation skills.
- A degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and databases.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
