Job DescriptionCredit Controller | Brierley Hill | Salary up to £28,000 | Permanent | On-siteA fantastic opportunity is available for an individual to join a well-established business in Brierley Hill, working in their accounts team, focusing purely on Credit Control.The Company An excellent opportunity has arisen for our client based in Brierley Hill to work as part of their busy and friendly Finance team.The OpportunityReporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:· Contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and resolving any billing issues· Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment status· Analysing customer accounts and credit history to determine appropriate collection strategies· Updating customer information and tracking payment activity· Performing data entry tasks to input payment details and updating account information· Posting and allocating sales receipts· Monthly reconciliations including bank recsPersonal ProfileWe are looking to speak with experienced Credit Controllers who have an enthusiastic and proactive approach to their work. You must have previous experience of working at high volume and also be capable of working efficiently to meet deadlines.This position is office based / hours are 09:00-17:00
