I am pleased to be working with a successful and growing organisation based in Wrexham as they look to recruit a Credit Controller to join their small and friendly Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have an AAT qualification and a strong background in financial administration.Main duties and responsibilitiesPrepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.Monitor and analyse financial data to identify discrepancies or irregularities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Maintain accurate financial records and documentationAssist with accounts payable and receivable tasksAssist with month-end and year-end closing proceduresDesired skills and experienceAAT qualificationProven experience as a Financial Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper or similar role.Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and procedures.Proficiency in using accounting software particularly Sage and XeroProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsFree onsite parkingImmediate startMS/2055Credit ControllerWrexhamTemp/ Full time/ Part time (min 20 hours)£23k-£26k
