Responsibilities: Managing own portfolio of clients and maintaining good relationships. Minimising outstanding debts Resolving outstanding queries.Cash posting, processing payments.Making daily calls to clients Following up with debt reminder letters Requirements: Background in credit control is desirable!Confident on the phoneExcellent communication skills - ability to navigate tough conversations. Ability to manage workload, staying organised in a fast paced environment.
