Reed Accountancy & Finance is actively seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our client’s team near Ashford on a temporary basis. This role is essential to help manage an increased volume of work. We are looking for a Credit Controller with proven experience in the following areas: Credit Controller Responsibilities:
Proactively chasing overdue payments through both phone calls and written communication.Aiming to reduce the number of days debts are outstanding.Striving to meet or exceed set KPIs and cash collection targets.Arranging agreeable repayment plans with debtors.Diligently investigating and resolving discrepancies on client accounts. The successful Credit Controller should be ready to fully engage in an office-based role and be available to start immediately, with no notice period required.
