Description of the role:

• Proactively contacting customers to secure payments within agreed credit terms
• Minimising aged debt
• Dealing with weekly and monthly invoices and handling invoice queries
• Conducting credit checks and setting up new accounts
• Managing direct debits and credit card payments
• Liaising with multiple departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in month-end reporting
• Advancing accounts to debt recovery as required.

About you:

• Experience in Credit Control or a similar role.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and deliver consistent results.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Background in inhouse credit systems
