Are you looking for a new role in Credit Control that offers hybrid working and progression opportunities?
SF are working with a multinational group with operations in retail, wholesale and branch services. They are a growing rapidly and have plans to increase both the finance and credit functions over the next 12 months. The team is made up of Credit Controllers, Team Leaders, an Assistant Credit Manager and a Head of Credit, thus there is a structure and natural development plan as well as opportunities to branch out into wider finance or operations. The team are a high performing team but have a fun and friendly culture and are very inclusive.
Your new role:
You will be responsible for the maintenance and cash management of a portfolio of customers assigned to your ledger
Proactively calling clients to resolve queries before due date
Chasing clients who have gone overdue and securing payment
working with internal stakeholders and the branch network to best solve any issues
Supporting the admin team with daily bank recs and cash allocation
Preparation of aged debt reports and stop lists required
Working to agreed SLAs and adhering to company policies
What you'll need
2+ years experience in Credit Control
Good systems experience and good with Excel
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
