This role is for a dedicated Credit Controller who will be responsible for debt recovery in a fast-paced technology, and telecoms industry. The successful candidate will be a part of the accounting and finance department, in Birmingham City Centre.

Description

As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with customers regarding overdue invoices
  • Managing a ledger of 500+ accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records of correspondence with customers
  • Weekly/monthly cash collection forecasting
  • Liaise with various internal departments in order to resolve customer queries

Profile

Successful candidates will need to have:

  • 2/3 years of working in a Credit Control position
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time keeping and be reliable
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Sound judgement and the ability to analyse complex situations
  • Able to start immediately or with very little notice

This role is based on site in Birmingham City Centre 4 days per week.
