Credit Controller Temp to Perm

Agility Resourcing are currently looking for a credit controller for one of our valued clients based in Preston.As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the credit control function for the Preston business unit, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, resolving queries and disputes, and maintaining good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will also be involved in producing reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team with other tasks as required.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:At least 2 years of experience in a similar credit control role, preferably in a fast-paced and high-volume environmentA good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareA confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to deal with customers at all levelsA proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamA keen attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation skillsA positive and flexible attitude, with the willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needsIn return, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including pension, healthcare, and bonus schemes.
