About the roleMaintain receivable accounts for customers by consistently applying the company’s credit policies and procedures to ensure that bad debts are minimised to improve the company’s working capital.
What you would do in this roleMaintain your own debtors ledger within company KPI’sDevelop and enhance relationships on a pro-active basis with internal and external customersApply collection procedures within company guidelinesInitiate and coordinate collection activity dailyApply cash receipts and action unallocated cash items dailyReconciliation of accountsResolve claim disputesAdhoc reporting and ongoing support of the wider team
