Job DescriptionManage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.Conduct credit assessments and establish credit limits for new and existing customers.Resolve customer billing issues and discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.Monitor and analyse customer payment patterns to identify potential credit risks.Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer queries and concerns.Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and ageing analysis.Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to credit control. The Successful ApplicantProven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role.Strong understanding of credit control principles and practices.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience working in a technology or related industry is desirable but not essential.
