Credit Controller (Hybrid)

Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for their national business situated in West Bromwich / Smethwick.Salary:* £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience and skill set)Working Hours:* 08:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday* 2 days working from home* Option full time in office if preferred* Can be flexible on additional days home from time to time, however this is not a fully remote role.About the Role:As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers for Cash Collection and Credit Control. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of two days working from home and three days in the office, providing you with a healthy work-life balance. You'll have the option to work from the office full time, with occasional opportunities for additional remote work.Responsibilities:* Managing a portfolio of customers for Cash Collection and Credit Control.* Handling internal and customer inquiries via email and phone.* Addressing customer complaints and providing KPI information to Key Account Managers.* Generating and manipulating customer reports using Excel and Power BI.* Uploading information into Customer Portals.* Utilizing KPI and KAPTA platforms for reporting.* Coordinating and supporting Key Account Managers with contractual paperwork.* Collaborating closely with local and regional management teams.* Participating in and supporting continuous improvement projects.* Providing support to other teams during periods of Annual Leave.Requirements:* Proven experience in Credit Control and Cash Collection.* Strong communication and customer service skills.* Proficiency in Excel* Ability to work independently and within a team.* Excellent organizational and time management skills.* Attention to detail and accuracy.Why Join Us:* Competitive salary and benefits package.* Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home.* Opportunity for professional growth and development.* Collaborative and supportive work environment.If you are a motivated and experienced Credit Controller looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
