Purpose of the role
Processing a high volume of supplier invoices on behalf of our customers
Accuracy of all customers billing
Reconciliation of company credit card
Excellent customer service within a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for checking and processing supplier invoices, ensuring that theyare VAT compliant, adhering to each customer’s policies.
To support to improve the operating procedures and systems you use, and be adaptable to change.
Your responsibilities will include:Invoice checkingInvoice processingBilling clientsAllocate adjustmentsHotel statement reconciliationClient statement reconciliationProcessing to client specific softwareDaily processing reconciliationInvoice query logging and resolution
Updating credit card reconciliationAllocating credit card transactionsAny adhoc tasks allocated by management
Essential
Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions.The ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectivesAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlineExcellent verbal and written communication skillsVery high attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent knowledge of Word and Excel – creating and maintaining documents
