Role: Creative Services ManagerContract: 12 months in the first instancePay Rate: Annual £64,500Location - Marlow Office based Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid SRG are working with a leading pharmaceutical company based in Marlow. Our client develop and manufacture an impressive portfolio of aesthetics brands and products. They are seeking a Creative Services Manager to join their team.Job OverviewThe Design Manager will efficiently manage creative graphics production. They will be both creative and artistic and apply this artistic nature in a corporate environment. Skilled and educated, they will collaborate with marketing, agencies and other content production teams to ensure designs succeed and messages are properly delivered to customers through multiple channels. They will combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images, videos, web pages and print pieces. They will follow briefs from cross functional teams and will be a valuable resource for a wide range of stakeholders. Time allocation will be split between internal ad-hoc (~75%) and external agency collaboration (~25%) but will be required to assist with strategic projects depending on workload.DutiesDevelop or adapt images, video or graphics for promotional use - predominantly social, web and printDevelop and implement successful design strategies, projects and materials, outlining how the design will be created to deliver and implement them for the projectWork under the brief of the cross functional teams and adhere to brand and campaign guidelines.Collaborate with other teams, including external partners to ensure specific briefs are met.Effective presentation of design ideas.Track and evaluate feedback.Ensure materials created are 'on message', and audience appropriateIncorporate changes recommended by stakeholders into the final design.Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.Decide how images and text will go together on a print or webpage, including how much space each will have.Transform statistical data into visual graphics and diagrams, which can make complex ideas more accessible.Work alongside the Senior Design Manager and Project Management teams to ensure materials are suitable for Veeva upload.Support marketing teams in formatting of PowerPoint presentations to a "house style"Maintain in-house filing systems and record keeping.Requirements - Qualifications Design/Marketing qualification (or proven experience) in graphic design, visual arts, or other relevant fields.User experience, design principles, and design tools training.Minimum of 5 years' experience in graphic design for marketing or advertising, including social media assets ideally with a healthcare agency backgroundProven track record of delivering projects on time & on budgetStrong attention to detailMust be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)Adherence to a brief - delivering audience appropriate materials according to brand campaign look and feelNegotiation skills - working with cross functional teams to implement changes to a materials design, design managers influence others, leading them to understand why certain design aspects matter more than othersDeadline management - design managers ensure strict team and project deadlines are metCreativity - introduce artistic innovation into the projects they manage, thinking of new ways to create designs that have meaningful impacts on customers and consumersCOMPETENCIESDesign tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)2D designGood video editing skills (Adobe Premiere) and working knowledge of After EffectsDigital technology (HTML, CSS, UI design, no code platforms)Microsoft Office Suite with good PowerPoint knowledgeAdditional desirable skillsPrototyping tools (Adobe XD, Figma)3D (Cinema 4D or similar)Pharma experienceVeeva vaultAgency/freelance backgroundCarbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
