Creative DirectorSalary: £75kJob Type: Permanent, Full-timeLocation: Hybrid - 3 days in London office (Mon-Wed), 2 days WFHEligibility: You must be eligible to work in the UKSpitfire Audio is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to join our dynamic team in London. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and direction for our innovative sound and sample libraries, ensuring that Spitfire Audio continues to set the standard for excellence in the music production industry.Primary tasks and objectives
Creative Vision: Develop and articulate a clear creative vision for the Spitfire Audio brand, define the visual identity and design language across all touchpoints that aligns with the company's mission and values.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, as well as external partners such as composers, musicians, and recording studios, to bring the creative vision to life.
Quality Control: Maintain a rigorous focus on quality control, ensuring that all aspects of the user experience meet our standards of excellence.
Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, and incorporate innovative ideas and techniques into Spitfire Audio's design language to maintain our position as a leader in the market.
Brand Identity: Ensure that all creative assets, including packaging, marketing materials, and digital content, align with Spitfire Audio's brand identity and contribute to a cohesive and compelling brand image.
Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of talented designers, composers, engineers, and other creatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where everyone can contribute their best work. What we’re looking for Proven experience as a creative director or similar role, with a track record of success in developing innovative and commercially successful brands. Exceptional creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into compelling and commercially viable concepts. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential. A passion for music and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
