The organisation is a leading company in their field, and this is a great opportunity for you to make an impact from day one and progress your career at a brilliant company.As a Creative Designer, you will contribute to the creative lead for the brand, acting as brand guardian, responsible for brand design integrity and evolution. You will work on design projects across all channels including print, email, digital/web, presentations, and product/packaging.The successful individual must have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role and can demonstrate a strong portfolio of design work.Main Responsibilities:Oversee design projects for both print and digital platforms as assigned by the Head of Marketing. This involves generating creative ideas, managing the production process, and ensuring brand guidelines are followed and updated across all media.Manage creative briefs from internal teams like Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, and Procurement to create compelling marketing materials. Offer input to enhance briefs and suggest creative ideas to boost sales and engage customers.Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executive to develop high-quality designs for various digital channels such as websites, emails, and social media. Contribute to Social Media and Display Advertising campaigns.Clearly promote main and sub brands through various methods and design collateral according to brand guidelines and marketing schedules. Take ownership of on creative design for campaigns throughout the year that support the overall brand and services.Work closely with other Graphic Designers and the team to maintain brand integrity and ensure cohesive design across all projects.Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30.Competent and confident user of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignMinimum 2 years’ experience in a similar roleConfident handling Microsoft Office packages like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Google Docs equivalents.Has outstanding attention to detail and is passionate about delivering high quality work.Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience of working within a creative team.If you would like to continue your career as a Creative Designer with a great company apply today!Essential Personnel is operating as an Employment Agency Next Post
