38 hours Monday to Thursday
Main Responsibilities:
- Working according to planning specifications and work instructions
- Responsible for the orderly and safe installation and deinstallation as well as operation of machines/devices
- Responsible for observing the generally valid regulations and standards
- Responsible for performing device checks/inspections in accordance with assembly positioning
- Responsible for the consistent documentation of the setting work
Activities:
- Installation and deinstallation for the device on the test stand
- Setting the speeds
- Setting the load moment limiter
- Setting and testing the customer specific retrofit kits according to assembly positioning
- Performing customer and category approvals (overload test)
- Performing leak checks on the hydraulic system
- Checking all functions and safety cut offs.
- Documentation of the setting operations
- Creation of the punch list and remedying minor faults.
- Reporting deviations to the foreman in charge.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as electrician or electrical engineer
- Crane operating license
