CQC Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of care facility, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a passion for providing exceptional senior care.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of care staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent care to residents.

- Develop and implement care plans for each resident, in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Oversee medication administration and ensure proper documentation.

- Maintain accurate resident records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

Qualifications:

- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulations.

- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to provide exceptional care to seniors.
