Are you a skilled and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse with a passion for working with children and adolescents? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team at the Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Warwickshire as a Band 7 CPN.
Key Responsibilities:
Duty: Provide comprehensive and compassionate support to children and adolescents accessing our services, including crisis intervention and risk assessment.
Triage Referrals: Assess and prioritize referrals to ensure timely access to appropriate interventions and support.
Assessments: Conduct thorough mental health assessments, formulate tailored care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in collaboration with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Managerial Duties: Provide leadership and supervision to Band 6 CPNs within the team, overseeing their clinical practice, supporting professional development, and ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
