Cover Supervisor

Are you passionate about education and eager to support students' learning? GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in Tower Hamlets. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a school environment.

Location: Tower Hamlets, London
Position Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract, 5 days a week

About the Role:

• Supervise classes in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring that students remain on task.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Support the school in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour in a calm and assertive manner.
• Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous.
