Vision for Education are actively recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work in Secondary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf!

If you are a teaching assistant looking to take your next steps in education, then this job opportunity is perfect for you!

Your Duties will include:

• Maintaining classroom discipline and behaviour
• Covering classes when the Teacher is away!
• Supporting the pupils throughout their learning and development
• Working closely with the school and contributing to the school ethos.

What we are looking for:

• Experience working in a secondary school setting.
• Great classroom management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
• Someone who is passionate and dedicated to providing excellent education to pupils.
• Excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
