Job Description: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of classrooms during the absence of regular teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising lessons independently, following the guidance provided by the class teacher.
• Supporting and supervising students to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Covering a variety of subjects across different classes; subject specialism is not required.
• Utilising your experience working with children, preferably in a secondary school setting, to confidently lead classes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, particularly in a secondary school environment.
• Ability to independently lead classes with confidence.
• Possession of a driving license is advantageous, as the role may involve travelling to different schools on a weekly basis.
