Nurse Seekers are delighted to be working on behalf of an exceptional Sixth Form College near Cirencester.
The College is seeking to recruit a candidate to lead the overall provision of their Healthcare Courses which include Nursing, Mental Health, and Healthcare.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold a full Teacher training qualification (or be willing to work towards one in the next 2 years), and industry experience within a healthcare profession.
Candidates with a degree in a healthcare discipline are desirable, although this is not essential.
The successful candidate will have a focus on maximising the student experience and learning outcomes through the delivery of a first rate teaching schedule. In order to achieve this the Course Leader will have to have high attention to detail, the ability to understand the needs of the students and a passion for working with young people.
