Starting at £24,533 to £27,979 per annum, pro rata if part time. Please be aware that any role graded below 5.4 or £31,396 per annum will not be eligible sponsorship Based on the University of Brighton Falmer campus, the Clinical and Community Practice School Office are seeking to recruit a well-organised and motivated administrator to join our busy, hardworking and innovative team.You will be a strong team member and will undertake a variety of administrative tasks which include but are not limited to:Supporting Clinical and Community Practice modules with a range of activities.Co-ordinating timetables and liaising with academics, students and placement providers.Handling enquiries, providing information and advice on curriculum activities.You will have experience of:Carrying out a range of organisational and administrative duties.Working to deadlines within a busy environment and communicating with a wide variety of people.Maintaining records and data management.Organising events.Serving as a point of contact and link between staff, internal departments, students and external contacts you will also be able to use Microsoft Office computer programs to a high standard.The University of Sussex values the diversity of its staff and students and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.Please note: The University requires that work undertaken for the University is performed from the UK.
