He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder and CEO, Nicola Kilner.We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us!WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWe are looking for an energetic and flexible customer service-oriented Sales Assistant, known in DECIEM as Counter Associate, to join our "extraOrdinary" team in Selfridges - Trafford to deliver memorable experiences to our customers Experience in the Retail, Department Stores, and luxury industry is highly desirable and ideally, within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.This is a 37.5-hour-a-week position on a full-time basis (5 Days).This is a 6-month contractWHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLEGreet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm and professionalism reflecting DECIEM’s vision through excellent serviceDetermine the customer’s needs and suggest relevant products by listening to the customer and sharing the product knowledge acquired during brand trainingEnsure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are metAdhere to the DECIEM experience and deliver unparalleled customer service. Educate customers about the world of Beauty and Skin Care, DECIEM brands, and productsManage customer feedback and queriesAssist in maintaining counter standards of cleanliness and organizationBe aware of and assist in maintaining DECIEM’s merchandising conceptsEnsure tidiness standards are always respected and maintainedConduct products refunds and address customer issues in a positive mannerResponsible for building meaningful relationships with department managers and clients.
