-Must have experience of working in a revenues environment.
-Excellent Council Tax knowledge of council tax administration - billing, discounts & exemption and recovery.
-Excellent communication skills
-Flexible
-Experience of dealing with challenging customers - call centre element to role
-Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 40% office base
