Costs Draftsman

Job Title: Costs Draftsman / Lawyer IN HOUSE
Location: Chester , Office Based
Salary: Up to �50K DOE and PQE
Hours: Full Time.
We are partnered with a highly reputable national firm that are looking for an experienced costs draftsman/Lawyer with the following experience;
* Qualified solicitor, costs lawyer or equivalent.
* Experience working in house as a costs draftsman/lawyer.
* Proven experience handling your own caseload.
* Track record of billing.
* Experience drafting cost schedules and bill of costs, costs budgets and all supplementary documentation required in preparation for detailed assessment hearings.
* Previous experience of dealing with costs in personal injury/clinical negligence cases would be ideal, but those with experience in other areas will be considered as this is a multi practice firm.
