Job DescriptionPerforming cost analyses and preparing budget reportsDeveloping and maintaining the cost accounting system, documents, and recordsAnalysing and recommending costs and cost savingsPreparing and presenting cost reports for financial meetingsCoordinating with internal departments regarding finance-related mattersContributing to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statementsPerforming audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirementsEstablishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles The Successful Applicant A successful Costing Analyst should have:Proficiency in Excel and financial software programsExcellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of cost accounting principlesThe ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal directionStrong communication and interpersonal skills What's on OfferCompetitive salary package ranging from £29,000 - £35,000The opportunity to work in a hybrid working environment (3 days office - 2 days from home)Extensive opportunities for professional development Flexible working hours
