The roles will provide the opportunity to work within a variety of sectors and will involve both pre- and post-contract quantity surveying and commercial management duties.Due to the nature of the projects the following criteria is essential:Degree educated in quantity surveying or other relevant qualification.Professional qualification: preferable if Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent)Working knowledge of common industry standard forms of contract, typically JCT and NEC.Full pre- and post-contract QS knowledge and experience.Good general commercial and contract awareness.Consultancy ExperienceExperience across infrastructure projects, particularly rail and highwaysExperience of working within security restricted environments To be considered for this role you will have previously worked as a Senior QS in either Nuclear, Defence or an Infrastructure sector such as Rail, Water, Highways and similar.This role will start working from home but post pandemic you must able to commute or relocate to Exeter to the central Project Office when required.Due to the sensitivity of the projects its also essential that you are eligible for UK Nuclear security clearance and provide work reference for the past 5-10 years.
