Cost Manager full time or part time

Cost Manager.My client is a fast-paced growing business, looking for a candidate to fill the Cost manager role within the FM department focused on scoping, costing, and high-level project cost management within the Electrical and Mechanical field.Works Will Incorporate The FollwoingAttending project scoping meetings.Formation and Submission of quotations.Day to Day Coordination with Project managers.Reporting directly into the Project director.Responsible for co ordinating with the Finance coordinator on the production of cost and forecast reports.Responsible for the day to day upkeep of the costing trackers.Utilisation of company software (Joblogic, Smartsheets).Essential Skills3 years’ experience in a similar roleProficient in the use of IT software. (Excel, Word)Good communication skillsHave a positive can-do attitude and a drive to excel.Have a good commercial understanding.Good understanding of Electrical and or Mechanical systemsDesirable SkillsQS qualificationEstimator QualificationTrade background or qualification in Electrical or mechanical systemsTeh company offer salary - £45,00 - £55,000 Full Time (Part time considered )Company car or car allowanceflexible workingFuture progressionUpskilling and future trainingThis is a great opportunity to join a market leading organisation
