And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.We are currently looking for a Cost Controller.Key responsibilities:Ensure accurate month-end close (accruals, prepayments, reclassifications, cost center reviews)Report and explain results to Finance and Non-Finance stakeholdersPlan costs and FTEs during Budget and Outlook cyclesProvide financial advice and support to decision making: advise on costsFTEs, planning and reportingBe a trusted partner to Finance and Business stakeholdersKey requirements:Degree in a relevant Finance related fieldAt least 3 years of tangible post-qualified experience in finance related functions (controlling preferred)Strong analytical skills with high attention to detailInterpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively in order to explain financial concepts to non-finance peopleSolid organizational, planning, critical thinking, and problem solving skillsExcellent Microsoft Excel skills, and general computer skills particularly with accounting systems (SAP preferred) and reporting (BW)Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)Fluent in English (oral and written)Every day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
