Cost Accountant

Our client is a manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions for the food and food to go markets, offering a comprehensive range of off the shelf or bespoke printed packaging products made from sustainably sourced materials.This leading specialist packaging company is looking for a Cost Accountant who will report directly to the site manager and will be responsible to manage all costs accounting of its production site.This company has aggressive plans to develop this business, so is looking for a high potential candidate who has the opportunity to continue to grow with the organisationResponsibilities:Product creation and product costingEstimates of bespoke jobs and pricingManufacturing performance reporting and analysis of gapsProfitability reporting and analysisProduction capacity reporting and analysisProfileYou have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience of managing costs of operations in the food service packaging industry or in the printing and packaging industry.Excellent analytical skills. Ability to manage a large amount of information.Knowledge of Shuttleworth software and/or SAP is an asset.
