Corporate Travel Manager

About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Manager to enjoy our growing team in Winged boots.
As a Corporate Travel Manager you will be responsiblefor building relationships with new and existing clients, providing top class customer service and always going the extra mile to meet their needs. You will need to manage your own clientportfolio as well as ensuring that all bookings made meet the clients specific and exact requirements
This role will involve:
Being the principal point of contact for all corporate clientele assigned to you
Managing every stage of the sales, after-sales and travel experience.
Being available to work as per the client’s requirements
Securing sales in a customer-focused environment
Communicating with support staff to ensure clear process for booking, invoicing, and ticketing is maintained
Taking exceptional pride in ensuring that the customers’ needs are always meet and going above and beyond what is required
Being target and sales focused and activity working to achieve KPI’s and sales targets set
Using initiative and resourcefulness to identify additional opportunities to sell to existing clients or bring new clients to the Winged Boots business.
Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the best possible customer experience
To succeed in this role you will need to be passionate about corporate travel and developing and neuteringrelationships in orderto fully understand your clients needs. You will also need significant experience working as a travel consultant within corporate travel
You will also need to have:
Confidence in dealing with clients on all levels
Discretion and has the utmost respect for client confidentiality
Ideally be well-travelled
Excellent telephone manner and high level of customer service skills
Experience of working to and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s set
Well established, existing customer relationships who follow them as their personal consultant – not just the brand they work for
A strong eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be GDS competent
Please note in order to apply for this role you will need to be based in London or theSouth East as weekly travel to the office and attendance to frequent events in London would be expected.
